This is the fourth course of the Whiteboarding Foundations badge pathway!
In this course, you'll learn:
- How to organize ideas, make decisions, and drive action
- How to use:
- Match size (to ensure all ideas are considered equally)
- Laser pointer (to draw attention to specific parts of the board)
- Tagging (to group ideas by theme)
- Gather + sort (to organize ideas based on your chosen criteria)
- Voting (to narrow down ideas and make decisions)
- Timelines + Lucid Cards (to plan tasks)
- Integrations (to add tasks directly to your project management system)
- Presentation mode (to build slides around the content on the board)
- Team folders (to automatically share documents with your team)
- Revision history (to see previous versions of your document)
